JUST SWIFT IT is more than a campaign line. It is more than the brand promise. At it’s heart is a fully functional online tool – a utility where the consumer can really do it all, where he/she can JUST SWIFT IT, at the click of a button – www.swift.co.zw. In a first for Zimbabwe, Swift now provides a fully functional online logistical solution. Coupled with a fully integrated advertising campaign, the new site rolled out to widespread acclaim, with the project objectives being met almost immediately – namely streamlining business processes, reducing administration costs, drastically improving the customer service function, introducing the Swift Services into the Zimbabwean digital landscape, and significantly improving overall revenue. At a consumer level, access to the Swift products and services is now at their fingertips, creating direct lines of interaction between the business, customer and desired services and products.
